Fresh Foods for Families
Young Women Get Breast Cancer Too Presentation ===>
Fresh Foods For Families promoteshealthy eating for all members of a family by providing a unique opportunity to observe a Natural Chef demonstrate how to prepare family friendly whole foods that is coupled with a commentary on the nutritional elements by a Nutrition expert.
Our goal is to spread the knowledge and skills that healthy eating is important and within the reach of everyone. Our recipes use
only whole foods.
The program is typically 1 hour and features numerous, easy to prepare dishes that the entire family will love. The Chef and Nutrition Expert share important and little known cooking/ food preparation information, nutrition basics for all ages, tips to get fussy eaters to enjoy their meals, and a discussion about how to develop healthy eating habit. An opportunity to ask questions of the Chef and Nutrition expert follows.
Guests are able to taste the dishes and take home samples.
No kitchen is required! Our Chef brings some prepared dishes and demonstrate others. A table and electric outlets are all that is needed.
Each guest receives a copy of Genevieve’s Helping Hands CookBook and nutrition handouts.
This program has been well received. It is intergenerational and can be presented in a variety of settings including, schools, churches, hospitals, community centers, etc.
It's easy to invite us. We can modify our program to fit your needs.
